FRANK is an informational tool. The health scores, additive flags, nutritional data, AI analysis, and all other content provided by FRANK are for general informational and educational purposes only.
FRANK does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or nutritional counselling. The information in the app should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. FRANK sources product data from Open Food Facts, an open community database, and other third-party sources. We do not independently verify all product information. Nutritional data, ingredient lists, and additive information may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate.
Product formulations change regularly. Always check the physical product label before consuming any food, especially if you have allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary requirements. Do not rely solely on FRANK to identify allergens or harmful ingredients.

FRANK uses artificial intelligence to generate health analysis summaries. AI-generated content may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. AI analysis is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical or dietary decisions.
FRANK offers a free tier and a paid subscription (FRANK Pro) with monthly and annual options. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Free trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.

FRANK and all its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the FRANK name, logo, health scoring system, and app design — are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Product images and data are sourced from Open Food Facts under their open database licence. The FRANK score, EU vs USA comparison feature, and AI analysis are proprietary.
FRANK uses third-party services including Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, Open Food Facts, and Anthropic. Your use of these services through the app is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FRANK at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, where Parallel Warrior Unipessoal LDA is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FRANK shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
